KHTHONIE
Solemn, apocalyptic, dystopian electronic music featuring vocal tribalism places the work in a hypothetical balance between the real and the visionary. A realm of multi-octave voices, all immersed in atmospheric soundscapes and energetic distorted rhythms: an approach that redefines the boundaries of sound and the possibilities of voice and machines. Khthonie captures the sound of the earth’s dual forces — creation and destruction — of life emerging from the underground. Kayros embodies the dark and destructive qualities of Chthonian Gods with screamed vocals and sudden shifts in mood, while Danilo Casti’s generative electronic production adds an element of unruly chance to their performances.

ANIMAMI
ANIMAMI, composed between 2019 and 2021 by Dalila Kayros and Danilo Casti and released by Subsound Records in July 2022, draws the steps of a mystic journey inside the unconscious. The album tells about discovering the dark side of the mind as an endless path of inner transformation, a journey into consciousness facing all shadows hidden inside. Through a magical rite, the unintegrated part of the self gets merged into a more complex totality. From the deep black sea to the dawn of a new transmutation.
